ODK Sundial… Ryan has been studying the sun in first grade and telling me all about sundials. We were on campus today and figured I’d show him a real one.

Today would have been Mom’s birthday. It’s crazy how much I still miss her. This shot was taken at Riverbanks Zoo the summer of 1980. Almost 40 years later (!), I still love Riverbanks and now get to take my kids there, too.
