Made it through my first week of waking up at 5 am to head to the gym. Turns out the only consistent block of time that I have is before 6 am every day. It worked out pretty well. Will try again next week.
Got this beautiful Chocolate Chai from Undercurrent at Optimist Hall in Charlotte. Our first time visiting Optimist Hall. What a fun place. Weâll be back.
